1. Definitions

  • Client: Refers to the person or business using our cleaning services.
  • Service: Refers to any cleaning service provided by 3T Cleaning LLC.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Light Cleaning
  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
  • Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Cleaning

Services are provided based on availability and client requirements.


3. Booking and Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
  • A deposit may be required for large or recurring cleaning contracts.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a full-service charge may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.
  • We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

6. Liability & Damages

  • While we take utmost care in our work, 3T Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items.
  • Clients must inform us in advance of any delicate or high-value items that require special care.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

7. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If we are unable to enter the property, the client may be charged the full service fee.
  • We recommend clients store valuables securely before the cleaning session.

8. Health & Safety

  • Our staff follows strict safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions in their property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary environments.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.
  • Client information is used solely for communication and service purposes.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

3T Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
