1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A service was not provided due to an error on our part.
  • The client cancels the service at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The cleaning service was unsatisfactory, and we were unable to resolve the issue through a re-clean.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • The cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time.
  • The client is dissatisfied but does not provide an opportunity for a re-clean.
  • Any special requests or add-ons were completed as agreed upon.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  2. Provide details and supporting evidence (such as photos) if applicable.
  3. Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
