At Gardenland LLC, we strive to provide high-quality gardening and landscaping services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers can cancel their scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a partial refund may be granted based on the circumstances.
  • Cancellations made on the day of service are generally non-refundable, except in cases of extreme emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

2. Service Issues & Quality Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service date.
  • We will first attempt to rectify the issue by offering a free touch-up or correction service.
  • If we determine that the service was not delivered as promised and cannot be corrected, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Once a service has been completed to the agreed-upon standards, refunds will not be issued.
  • If a customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of the scheduled service, it will still be considered as completed, and a refund will not be granted.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

  • If a service is postponed due to bad weather or other unexpected conditions, we will reschedule at the earliest available date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund may be issued upon request.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
